我們還在稱讚Sarah Burton穩健踏實的發表McQueen2011 春夏男裝的前一刻，新的早春女裝系列又讓我們更為喜愛。仍舊是McQueen豐富的對稱印花，撐起身體線條似柔卻剛的剪裁。和男裝發表或許類似心態，Sarah知道大家對Lee McQueen的敬愛，知道大家害怕卻期待新的McQueen血液能夠依舊精采。這是踏實的一步，不大膽創新、不介紹新的概念，我們完全能看到此品牌的基因存在每一個Look當中。

Sarah Burton倚著16年伴McQueen左右手的經驗告訴世界，其實她比大家更思念，McQueen的憂愁、耽美。如詩般的小品作，質量卻非常精美。不同於其餘品牌把早春當作二線產品，Sarah這次非常細緻縝密的規劃一切。杏仁白和淡鐵灰這兩個本季常被使用的色彩呈現這系列前半輕柔的度假平日裝束，後半則以黑白和華美金構成日本和服發想的慶典禮服。McQueen經典剪裁都不缺席，羅馬裝甲的肩線設計、裙擺以維多利亞式的餘布抓皺處理、對稱結構或是大波幅布料垂墜，依照不同的嚴謹要求呈現出適合生活每個小細節都能配合的服裝系列。

最後兩套在Tim Blanks的眼中是取材自瑪歌皇后，這少數Lee McQueen溺愛的電影之一。不難看出Sarah Burton用紅、黑漸層塑造的雙胞完美禮服，以個人的、非常隱私的方式，告訴McQueen她的欽羨和憫惜。
